The Course
Student will be enrolled for the City & Guilds Diploma: Food Preparation & Culinary Arts (8064-01)
Students enrolled in the Limpopo Chefs Academy International Exchange Program will start their journey in South Africa at either Polokwane or Mokopane campus.
They will cover all the required theory modules and cooking modules required for this qualification on campus.
During their time in South Africa, local Workplace Experiential Learning will be required.
After a set duration on Campus in South Africa, candidates will be well prepared and equipped to start the second phase of the qualification Internationally where they will get the opportunity to work along side great Chefs in Top restaurants and Hotels across the world to gain valuable International experience.
With Limpopo Chefs Academy partners abroad, students will have the support they need while away from home.

Minimum Requirements:
Between 18 and 34 Years
Grade 10 or higher
English (reading and writing)
Passport (Valid for minimum 2 Years)
